Return Policies

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used personal care products (such as hair straighteners, brushes, or other heated tools).
However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or malfunctioning, we’ll replace it immediately at no cost.

How to Start a Return

  2. Our support team will review your request and send a prepaid return label (if applicable).

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or replacement.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your returned item.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color or replacement unit, please contact us — we’ll guide you through the process.
